To foster partnership for the development of higher education in Iraq and for achieving an international standard and recognition

The Aims of the Conference

1. To consolidate co-operation between the universities and other higher education institutions in Iraq and their counterparts in the UK and other countries and with relevant national, regional and international organisations.





2. To assist in the reconstruction of the higher education sector in Iraq and its restructuring as an instrument for improving the well-being and advancement of the Iraqi people and of humanity.





3. To help in promoting the role of the higher education institutions in the development of human resources to provide the country with a highly qualified work force and a peace-loving citizenry.
