A chartered occupational psychologist and principal lecturer with extensive lecturing, research and professional experience, Lisa is module leader for Organisational Analysis on the postgraduate Open Learning MA in Human Resource Management within the Westminster Business School. She is also extensively involved in the teaching of the undergraduate work psychology module embedded in the BA Business Studies programme.
 
Lisa is interested in many areas of work psychology and organisational behaviour but specialises in research and lecturing linked to management development, personal development and training. Other research interests include mentoring, counselling, employee welfare, personal development, management development and evaluation. She has worked extensively with the media, and is often quoted commenting on relationship issues.
