Recent research by careers staff across the higher education sector, including the University of Westminster, challenges preconceptions that disabled graduates are much more likely to have difficulty finding work.

The research, which has taken place annually since 2003, reveals many disabled graduates are finding higher level employment than non disabled graduates. However, it is still important to plan your career effectively and to take advantage of any available support.
