Working with leading employers from across the private, public and voluntary sectors, Leadership Recruitment provides a pool of pre-screened graduate-level candidates selected on the basis of talent not disability.  Entry into the programme is highly competitive.  Partner firms take an active part in the selection process and will employ them directly or sponsor the successful candidates on either two six-month or a one-year placement

Scope's Employment Service supports people in gaining and sustaining meaningful employment in large corporations, public sector bodies and local employers. The service is available, throughout the country, to all disabled people, not just those with cerebral palsy

 

  • General employment advice including information about (or referral to) training opportunities; local providers of employment support services; and sources of funding for equipment and workplace adaptations.

This organisation, which  is  part of the national employment charity The Shaw Trust, aims to help people with all types of disabilities break down the barriers to finding employment. It operates throughout the UK through a network of Regional Centres.
