Orientation

The Spring 2010 Study Abroad Orientation Week will be held from Monday, 18 January 2010 to Friday, 22 January 2010.

The Orientation Week is designed to smooth your transition to life at the University of Westminster and in London. Academic issues and University regulations are covered in detail, and students are given information about the classes they have registered for.  Students will also be provided with an individual registration appointment with a Study Abroad Co-ordinator where module choices and timetables are finalised. Issues such as health and safety, security and culture shock are also covered throughout the week.

During Orientation Week and throughout the semester, there will be a number of social events for students to participate in, including a welcome and a farewell party to bring together all Study Abroad students.

Please check your week 5 pre-arrival email for confirmation of what time you should attend the Orientation on your first day - Monday, 18 January 2010.

If you have any queries, please email study-abroad@westminster.ac.uk.

We look forward to welcoming you!
