BEIU - Business Experience and International Unit

If you are a Westminster Business School (WBS) undergraduate student seeking a year-long placement, the BEIU in the Registry Office can assist you in your search and can provide you with academic and business employability support throughout your year in industry.

Volunteering Our Community Volunteering Unit can help you to find voluntary work experience. This is an equally useful way of developing the key skills that employers are looking for. The majority of work experience in the media and caring sectors is unpaid/voluntary and is essential for those looking to develop a career in these sectors. In IT, where placements can be scarce, carrying out IT work for a voluntary organisation will certainly enhance your CV.  Law is another area, where valuable experience of the legal process can be gained through volunteering. Current vacancies can be found in the voluntary/unpaid work experience list within the Careers and Student Employment Vacancy Listings or CVU can work with you to identify further opportunities.
Westminster Business Consultants

If you would like the opportunity to work on real business projects in areas such as business consultancy, marketing, market research, project management, IT, finance and legal services Westminster Business Consultants may be able to help.

See their careers section for details.
