passwords at each campus as follows:
Drop-in centres
For face to face help with general IT problems come along to a
drop-in centre from 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Harrow Campus: Learning Resource Centre:

Regent Campus:

- Enter the specific details to help us deal with your request or
issue more effectively.
- Check your contact details are correct, as we may need to
contact you while we deal with your issue or request.
- You'll receive email confirmation from the FixIT Centre with
the reference number of your ticket and details of your issue or
request.
- You can reply directly to us if you need to provide more
information.
- When your issue or request has been dealt with we will follow
up with a short survey. Please take a few minutes to tell us what
you think as your views help us to improve the service.
